X/TIME

X/TIME System is the solution for electronic management of working time used in enterprises of varying sizes and sectors. Because of its flexibility the system has references from industry, commerce, banking, insurance sector and public administration. All functional areas covered by the operation of X/TIME System such as recording working time, access control, recording canteen data or planned modifications are operated with one access control card, by one system of uniform database and platform of operation. All the data of the system is available in real time, which enables the use of the functions of the system such as monitoring the presence of employees online or monitoring the operation of access control terminals and recording working time.

X/TIME System provides modern technologies such as operating applications via Internet or recording working time with mobile phones. It is an open system which enables the exchange of data with Microsoft or Lotus Notes tools. The operating system of Unix or Windows, which is the basis for X-TIME, as well as the application of advanced databases enables fast processing of data both at registration of workers at a terminal and during daily work of the human resource department, in addition to processing mass data, for example while transferring data for payroll.

Functional scope of X/TIME::
recording entrance/exit of employees, recording private and business departures and business trips, recording other types of absence on readers or directly in the system, recording other deviations from the timetables of working time, changes of shifts, working overtime, etc., accounting working time, making announcements to employees,	planning employment, control of the operation of porters and guards, control of access to devices, rooms and plants, non-cash servicing of external sales, operation of a canteen, operation of refuelling.

provides access to information and the possibility of information modification only by authorised personnel,

the system gives the option of gradually extending its functionality to the systems of collecting plant data, recording machine data and production quality control.

Identification Cards

Each employee receives an individual identification card. The readers in the offer are compatible with the following types of cards:

Magnetic cards - information on this type of card is coded on the magnetic bar

Cards with an infrared bar code - information on the number of a card is encoded in the bar code protected with a black strip so that the code is not visible with the naked eye,

A chip card - information on the number is hidden in the chip imbedded in the card,

A proximity card - allows for a non-contact reading of cards with a reader from a distance of 10 to 40 centimetres, which allows for carrying cards in a wallet without taking them out.

All types of cards may be imprinted with the logo of the company, its address, a photo of an employee or other data of a worker.
