mySAP Retail

The solution of mySAP Retail, developed in cooperation with renown wholesale and retail companies, is a special type of commercial system: it combines economic functions with accounting and human resource management, hence for the first time providing a complete optimisation of economic decisions.
The greatest advantage of mySAP Retail is its logical design: both the data model and the processes are objective oriented, compatible upwards and are subject to strict quality requirements.

Scope of operation

mySAP Retail integrates major sectors of wholesale and retail and various levels of logistics taking into account the specific character of goods, e.g. food, clothes or heavy industry. In order to enable the fulfilment of all targets and tasks mySAP Retail offers the appropriate auxiliary functions:

dispositions and verification of accounts are serviced in Deliveries with the functions concerning the order book, demand planning, orders and assessment of suppliers, location of branches and integrated settlements of punctual payments,

functions of goods receipt, labelling items, stock management, storage management, supplying branches as well as good issuance and dispatches are used to control and prepare the flow of goods in a retail company.

In order to facilitate a direct contact with a Client the solution of mySAP Retail may be integrated with the most popular market systems of point of sales (POS). As a result the processes in individual branches are integrated in mySAP Retail.

The application of the state-of-the-art technology of software provides for the utilization of all communication channels, starting with the dispatches of delivery documents by mail to order placement with the technology of electronic data interchange (EDI).
