HReady - preconfigured version of mySAP HR

In order to broaden our offer to small and medium-sized Clients we have prepared a preconfigured version of the solution for mySAP HR Human Resources Management. Our HReady solution has all the advantages of mySAP HR application. However the implementation of the solution is much shorter and the related costs are significantly less.

In July 2004 HReady became a certified solution from mySAP All-In-One Group.

Functional scope of HReady:
Pattern of organizational structure Administration of employee data Ready model for accounting payroll Preconfigured catalogue of absences and their valuation Catalogue of necessary elements of remuneration Ready user roles (menu, authorization, actions) Time Managment	Package of human resource and payroll reports and statistics Preparation of the tool for integration within mySAP Business Suite Preparation of the procedure and tool for data acquisition Preparation of interfaces for external systems: - working time recording systems (RCP) - X/TIME, - communication with banks, - compatibility with 'Płatnik' programme; Compatibility with Internet and intranet.

Experience

HReady also provides the automatic creation of application and accounting documents for Social Insurance Institution, tax returns for Revenue Offices and reports for the Main Statistical Office. Moreover it is possible to generate payments electronically and automatically book the results of accounts. An advantage of the solution offered by our Company is the documentation package which enables the fast configuration of customised system elements.

HReady solution is additionally equipped with the package of procedures which enable the acquisition of data from the present system of the Client. Catalogues of elements of payroll, types of absences and reports have been prepared based on the experience from the largest implementations of mySAP HR in Poland.
